    The Ortlieb QL3.1 mounting kit allows secure attachment of QL3.1 bags to most standard bike racks that do not have integrated QL3.1 mounting elements. It is suitable for racks with tube diameters up to 10 mm. The mounting kit is installed directly onto the rack, enabling QL3.1 bags to be used with various compatible bikes.
