    The preliminary delivery price and estimated time are displayed after forming the basket, selecting the delivery country and method, and clicking “Recalculate”.

    Additional delivery discounts may apply depending on the total value of the basket and the selected items, so the final delivery price may vary.

    In some cases, the price may be higher if delivery is to hard-to-reach areas (e.g., islands or remote locations).

    The exact delivery price and estimated delivery time are always shown in the basket before completing the order. If additional fees are applied before dispatch, we will contact you to agree on the delivery method and price.

    Delivery times

    • Status “In stock”: items are dispatched within 1–4 working days after payment confirmation.
    • Status “Pre-order”: items are dispatched within 2–4 weeks after payment confirmation, unless a specific “Delivery from:” date is indicated.
    • Supplier stock: delivery usually takes around 7–10 working days.

    Items are delivered across Europe directly to your home or parcel terminal via reliable courier services. The courier will usually notify you of the delivery via SMS or phone call before arrival.

    Important to know

    • If you chose to pay in cash to the courier, please prepare the exact amount – this will speed up the delivery process.
    • Upon delivery, check the package for any damage. If you notice damage, open the package and check the condition of the goods before signing the delivery document or electronic device.
    • Sign only for the number of packages actually received.
