    Ortlieb QL2.1 mounting hooks are designed for ORTLIEB bicycle panniers with the QL2.1 system. They are ideal for racks with a tube diameter of 16 mm. This version features a rubberized plastic handle for comfortable and secure operation. A perfect replacement for standard hooks. Inserts are included to reduce hook diameter for 12 mm, 10 mm, or 8 mm tubes.
