Forgot password

Forget your password use the password reminder feature.

  1.      At the top of the page in Login block at right side click on the "Forgot Password".
  2.      Enter the email which was used in your account.
  3.      Click "send."

Check the e-mail. You should get the email letter with automatically generated password, which you can change when you will login to your account.

If you want to Sign-up on www.velostreet.com:
  1.     At the top of the page right side you should click on  “Sing up”.
  2.     Fill all necessary information in the registration form.
  3.     Click on  „Register“ button.
  4.     Check your e-mail which you have written in registration form, where should come your registration confirmation.

During the registration personal information is required that user should have a rights to use the velostreet.com possibilities and if necessary it could be used to contact the user.

Change password

You can change your password at any time after you login to your account.

  1.      Login with your user name and password.
  2.      Click on "Change password" which you can find in the top left of the page.
  3.      The form "Change Password" Enter the old password, the new password, repeat the new password.
  4.      Click the "Save" button.
A new password will be required the next time you login to your www.velostreet.com account.

Changing the user profile information

User Information can be changed at any time after login.

  1.      Login with your user name and password.
  2.      Click on "User profile" which you can find in the top right of the page.
  3.      Enter the desired changes.
  4.      Click  "Save" button.

Filling the Cart

Select items you want to put in the shopping cart and click on the button "Add to Cart".

Item will appear in your shopping cart. At the top of the page in the Cart information panel you can see the Cart of goods in the quantity and monetary amount.

To view the items placed in the shopping cart click on 'Order'.

Purchase

Purchasing is divided into several stages that it would be faster and easier to understand:

  6.      Click on a item name you can view the description of the item.

Order cancellation

Cancellations can be made automatically when the purchase has been made connected to a ​​velostreet.com account and until its status is: "Confirmed":

  1. Log in to your account with your user name and password.
  2. At the top right hand corner click on the link "Orders history"
  3. The filter aid, determine the time period and the orders you want to view and press the "Filter"

  6. If the order status is "Confirmed" you can cancel by pressing the button "Cancel" next to the order number.
